How does this Buy to let equity release calculator work

Buy to let equity release allows landlords who are letting out their property to release equity.

That equity can be used for renovating their rented property or for any other worthwhile purpose such as retirement.

A buy to let equity release allows landlords to raise funds without putting up their own main residence as collateral.

All you need to enter is the estimated property value and your age. The age should be in the range of 55 to 90 years.

The calculator will then let you know how much you may be able to release.
